About us
We got 3 houses, situated in Warnemuende and Nienhagen. In Nienhagen is the Villa Ostseeland with 8 holiday-apartments. Directly in Warnemuende is Burg Freienstein, the only castle in Warnemuende. It is equipped with 6 holiday-apartments. Newly arrived is the Villa Warnemuende with view on the sea directly at the promenade since 19/03/2010. Its got 7 holiday-apartments.
History/ formation
Burg Freienstein at Warnemuende
The Burg Freienstein is situated 80 meters away from the wide, white sand beach directly in Warnemuende. It was built in 1936 by mister Freienstein, who was a lawyer. He died at the end of the second world war, so that the ownership was transferred to the hanseatic city Rostock. The hanseatic city decided to use the object as a orphanage. In 2003 Rostock wanted to sell the house with its 1000 m² green land.
The family Lange bought this object and rebuilt it for recreation purposes. That’s why there are 6 apartements which are setted warm hearted and luxurious.

Villa Warnemuende at “Alten Strom”
The Villa Warnemuende is situated directly at the street of “Alten Strom”. Until 1903 the “Alte Strom” was the only shipping lane of the port in Rostock. Since that time there are fishing boats, yachts, small sailingboats and passenger ships. At the west shore runs the promenade. There is our house. The Villa Warnemuende was one of the first houses in Warnemuende and there you can take your vacation until today.

Villa Ostseeland at Ostseebad Nienhagen
The Villa Ostseeland was built in 2004. Its setted modern and exclusive including underfloor heating. The 1000 m² wide land is situated at the edge of the coast, 300 m away from the baltic sea. The view and equipment is maritime, but also warm hearted an perfectly for a family vacation.
